"The fairest thing in nature, a flower, still has it's roots in earth and in manure." - D.H. Lawrence.
Could manure be what saves mankind? Maybe. Most people know that manure can be used as fertilizer, yet farmers everywhere decide to use expensive chemical fertilizers to fertilize their plants. Not only is manure safer for the environment, but it is also better for soil in the long run. Instead of leaving the ground dry and unfarmable, manure moistens the ground and makes the ground more nutritious for years to come.
